Discharger is an important part of dust removal process of all kinds of dust removal equipment, which can ensure the function of sealed bin and continuous or interrupted dust removal; it has obvious sealing function in the ash hopper of high negative electrostatic precipitator.

What are the functions of dischargers?

1. In order to prevent foreign matters from falling into the bin, blocking the wheel of the discharger and burning the motor, the dry overload protection clutch is adopted instead of the safety pin in the previous products.

2. An inspection hole is added to the shell above the fright wheel.

3. In order to prevent the ash leakage from both ends of the impeller into the bearing due to poor sealing, an ash unloading groove is expanded at the lower side of the impeller end;

4. In order to prevent the bearing from bad lubrication caused by high temperature, the bearing seat is changed to external.

5. Alloy wear-resistant sleeve is used for the combination of the shock wheel and the end cover, and the dynamic and static parts. There are two kinds of driving devices: planetary reducer with tooth difference and cycloid pin gear reducer, which can be selected according to the needs.

6. The shock wheel is equipped with rubber skin to avoid dust squeezing into the bearing and large particles sticking. The upper part of the discharger is usually equipped with manual gate valve to facilitate inspection, troubleshooting and replacement.

The upper and lower flange openings of the star discharger are basically square or round, a is square, B is round, which can be selected by users. Wear resistant closed rotor impeller. The characteristic of the star discharger is that the end belt of the moving blade is made of special wear-resistant material.
