The star type ash discharge valve is mainly composed of motor, reducer, shell, impeller, main shaft, bearing and left and right end covers. Depending on the gravity action of the material and the forced action of the working mechanism of the feeder, the star type ash discharge valve discharges the material in the bin and continuously and evenly feeds it into the next device.
Because the bearing and reducer of the star type ash discharge valve are protruding outwards, the phenomenon of dust squeezing into the bearing and large particle material sticking can be avoided. When working, the reduction motor drives the impeller to rotate through the coupling shaft to evenly carry the material from the upper part of the shell to the lower part, and the material is sent away by the next device. Therefore, the star type ash discharge valve can only be installed vertically, not horizontally, and the upper part of the feeder should maintain a certain material column.
