SJ type double shaft humidifying mixer is an efficient equipment for mixing powdery materials by spraying water. It is mainly used in the dust collector of thermal power plant, and also used in chemical metallurgy, mining, building materials and other industries

The double shaft mixer is driven by cycloid pin wheel reducer, with stable transmission and low noise. The double shaft mixer feeds from the top and discharges from the bottom with reasonable structure.

The sealing between the joint surfaces is tight and the operation is stable.

There is no humidification and water spraying system in the double shaft mixer to ensure uniform water spraying and adjust the water supply to meet the appropriate humidity requirements.

The manual pressure oil pump is used to supply grease for four transmission bearings, which is convenient for the use and maintenance of the equipment and has the advantages of high efficiency and time saving.
