The ceramic double gate valve is made of structural ceramics (both the gate and the valve seat are wear-resistant structural ceramics), and the flow passage of the valve body is lined with wear-resistant ceramics, which has good erosion resistance and wear resistance. Open double ram sealing structure, the ram spins in the process of opening and closing, the opening and closing are flexible, and the polishing and self-cleaning function is provided. When the valve is closed, the two-way sealing is realized. According to different working conditions, it can be equipped with purging port, automatic purging device (PLC control) and anti blocking device, which is suitable for dry ash, pulverized coal and slag slurry, with less ash accumulation, no jam, simple maintenance and long service life.
