Problems and solutions of yCd discharger in operation:

1. YCd discharger motor does not start;

Solutions: A. check whether the motor is stuck; B. check whether the wiring is accurate;

2. Abnormal sound of discharger;

Solution: A. check whether the impeller and internal parts are damaged. B. check whether the bearing is damaged. C. check whether the rotating speed is too fast (used in granular materials)

3. Discharger medium leakage (except the normal discharge port, at the lower end of valve cover on both sides)

Solution: A. check whether the seal is damaged. B. check whether the shaft seal is connected correctly.

4. The discharging device is not smooth;

Solution: A. check whether the system is equipped with a good exhaust lead-out device. B. check whether there is bridging at the upper end of the system.

5. Too much air leakage of discharger

Solution: A. check whether the system pressure is normal. B. check whether the material characteristics are consistent with the order agreement.
