High temperature resistant type: according to the different temperature rise of material conveying and blanking port, because the temperature has an impact on the expansion of the body, and is not conducive to the bearing and oil seal system, our factory has designed a high temperature resistant external structure shut-off fan, which separates the running part from the box part in contact with the material, and can safely make the bearing running and oil seal system work normally without the influence of cross temperature It is not only resistant to high temperature, but also has a good effect on the transportation and acceptance of temperature absorbing materials and metallic powder, because such objects have penetrability. The materials penetrating through the oil seal device go straight into the bearing, which will not damage the machine due to the operation. It is precisely the feature of external installation that it will not contact with materials.
The fan is installed at the discharge port of the discharger working under negative pressure. The upper part of the fan receives the material discharged from the discharger. The rotating impeller plays the role of conveying material and sealing. It prevents the air from being inhaled from the discharge port in the process of pneumatic conveying and ensures the normal discharge of the discharger.
