Lb-i / II single and double layer bar valve product overview:

A new type of gate is developed according to the need of transportation control and feeding process of medium and small solid and block materials in building materials, mining, metallurgy and other industries. It is suitable for the control of ≤ 50mm materials

The valve has the advantages of simple structure, easy operation and no jamming, which overcomes the disadvantages of large opening and closing force caused by large material particles, and even can not be closed. Because the valve is operated by a rod, the operation is convenient, flexible and integral

The structure is welded with high quality section steel with good rigidity. No deformation, long service life, no maintenance, it is the ideal equipment for medium and small crystal and block material control.

The valve is mainly composed of frame and bars. When the bars are inserted into the frame, a group of bars will form a parallel grid plate to block the block material on one side of the gate. If one bar is pulled out, a large gap will appear on the grid plate, and the material can be discharged

From this gap to the other side of the gate, the number of bars to be drawn out shall be determined by the needs of the process flow.
