2. Measure the process parameters regularly, such as smoke volume, temperature, concentration, etc. if any abnormality is found, find out the cause and deal with the reward and punishment in real time.

3. When starting up, the compressed atmosphere should be connected to the air tank, the control power should be connected, and the ash removal assembly should be started. If there is another configuration in the system, the cheap configuration should be started first.

4. If the electromagnetic pulse valve is obstructed, it should be removed in real time. If there are impurities and moisture inside, it should be cleaned up. If the diaphragm is damaged, it should be replaced in real time.

5. The oil-water evacuator in the gas storage tank and gas source triplet should be drained once per shift, and the oil-water evacuator should be washed every 3-6 months. The oil mist device should be checked for oil storage and refueled in real time.

6. When the discharger is shut down, after the process system is stopped, the connection between the adjacent star discharger and the exhaust fan should be carried out for a period of time to remove the moisture and dust in the configuration.
